Maxime Grégoire is Associate at Voltiq since 2022. He was Associate with Amsterdam Capital Partners (Amscap), a financial advisory services firm focussed on offshore wind energy projects. Amscap merged with Voltiq in July 2022.
Maxime joined Amscap in 2021 and has worked on various M&A mandates and offshore wind tenders. More recently he has been supporting the deal team in executing the ACP acquisition in Hollandse Kust Zuid offshore wind (1,400MW).
Prior to joining Amscap, Maxime was Project Finance and M&A Analyst in the investment team of the French IPP CVE group and before that of EDF International. He worked on several renewable energy projects including rooftop PV plants, biogas units and off-grid technology across Europe, Sub Saharan Africa and Latin America.
Maxime holds a MSc degree in Finance from emlyon business school. He is fluent in French and English.
