ENVIEM takes a majority interest in Holding Hezelaer B.V.

Dutch multi-brand company ENVIEM, known among others from the TINQ-fuel stations, takes a majority interest in Dutch energy transition company Hezelaer Energy. The Hezelaer Group consists of a number of business units that represent the full vertical chain of sustainable energy generation, trade, and retail of electricity, gas and heating.

Hezelaer provides more than 25,000 SME and residential customers with sustainable energy solutions, and increasingly sources the electricity supplied from a captive portfolio of local wind and solar projects, which are often co-owned with local cooperatives consisting of local people and companies.

Through the new partnership, ENVIEM and Hezelaer will further strengthen their position in the Dutch energy transition market and will therefore be able to offer a broader range of sustainable services to their customers. As a “brand in motion” within the ENVIEM group, Hezelaer will provide the necessary new energy creation for the further growth and sustainable development of ENVIEM and Hezelaer.
