Obton sells 42 solar PV projects (45 MWp) to Dutch energy transition company Groendus

After conducting a competitive divestment process, Obton sells on behalf of its investors 42 rooftop and land-based solar PV projects to Dutch energy transition company Groendus.

The projects have a total capacity of around 45 MWp and are primarily located on the roofs of commercial & industrial buildings, geographically spread throughout the Netherlands. The projects have been developed and constructed over the period 2018 – 2023 and are subject to the Dutch SDE support mechanism.
