Throughout 2011 and 2012, Voltiq acted as originator of project acquisition propositions for Quattro Capital B.V., headquartered in The Netherlands.

Quattro, listed on the Amsterdam Stock Exchange, acquired a large portfolio of development projects in Italy.

Voltiq performed first screening activities, entertained initial commercial discussions with sellers, and executed valuation activities.
