SchrodersGreencoat ("SGC") acquired 100% of the shares of APF Energy, a leading biomethane platform company in The Netherlands. The transaction includes operating, construction, and development stage projects, and provides APF Energy with the opportunity to keep on building out its presence in the Dutch market.
