BESS platform

Vopak acquired 79% of the shares of Green Energy Storage ("GES"), the Netherlands' largest BESS platform in terms of large-scale HV stand-alone BESS capacity backed by TDTR consents. The transaction includes the capitalization of GES to construct the first project in line, the 200/800 MWh Sequoia project in Oosterhout, the Netherlands.
