Ciudad Real CSP portfolio

In 2010, Dutch Pension Fund Asset Manager PGGM considered acquiring a stake in a portfolio of several CSP plants under construction in Spain.

Voltiq took charge of the Due Diligence process, managing the technical, legal, financial and market advisors. Voltiq created the financial model, incorporated DD results into valuation, performed risk & mitigation studies and scenario analyses on the portfolio, and produced the Issues Lists that fed into SPA negotiations.

This project is an example of the unique multi-disciplinary expertise of Voltiq in renewable energies, serving institutional investor requirements regarding renewable energy infrastructure assets.
