HV Transmission

In 2013/14, Voltiq led the equity raise for a 49% stake in Celeo Redes, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Elecnor, which owns high-voltage transmission lines in Brazil and Chile.

Voltiq, mandated as the exclusive sell-side advisor, built a transaction valuation model, prepared the Information Memorandum, identified and approached potential investors, prepared the dataroom, coordinated the sales process, structured and negotiated the Shareholders and Share Purchase Agreements together with legal advisor Cuatrecasas (E), and managed to raise an aggregate amount of EUR 420M (comprising both acquisition and growth capital).
