Phuoc Ninh Solar

T&T hired Solveigh and Voltiq to prepare the sale of the Phuoc Ninh solar PV project, to be built in the province of Ninh Thuan, Vietnam.

Voltiq prepared the highly sophisticated financial model, the Infomemo, and identified and approached international investors for the proposition. Detailed negotiations were held with a preferred investor, but T&T eventually chose to keep the project.
