Poitou-Charente Wind

In 2013, Voltiq acted as exclusive sell-side advisor to EuroCape (Monaco) in the sale of a 12 MW operational wind farm located in Poitou-Charente, France.

Voltiq created the financial model, drafted the Information memorandum, set-up the datarooms, and managed the selling process. The portfolio was successfully sold to a German family office.
