Sale of Hezelaer Energy to ENVIEM

Dutch multi-brand company ENVIEM, known among others from the TINQ-fuel stations, takes a majority interest in Dutch energy transition company Hezelaer Energy. The Hezelaer Group consists of a number of business units that represent the full vertical chain of sustainable energy generation, trade, and retail of electricity, gas and heating. Hezelaer provides more than 25,000 SME and residential customers with sustainable energy solutions, and increasingly sources the electricity supplied from a captive portfolio of local wind and solar projects, which are often co-owned with local cooperatives consisting of local people and companies.
