Throughout 2011 and 2012, Voltiq acted as originator of project acquisition propositions throughout Europe for Quattro Capital B.V., headquartered in The Netherlands.

Quattro, listed on the Amsterdam Stock Exchange, eventually acquired a large portfolio of development projects in Italy.

Voltiq performed first screening activities, entertained initial commercial discussions with sellers, and executed valuation activities.
