Voltiq, from Q2 2012 onwards, has been assisting Ingenostrum Chile in the commercial structuring and subsequent sale of its solar PV development projects in Chile.

Ingenostrum Chile, with a portfolio of over 1,000 MW, is the largest solar PV developer in Chile and has strong capabilities in project development and technical structuring of renewable energy projects.

Voltiq focuses on the bankability issues around commercial contracts such as PPA’s, EPC, O&M and other commercial contracts, performs project valuation activities, originates potential future sponsors / investors in the respective development projects, prepares project information materials as well as commercial proposals to third parties, and engages in project sales processes.
