In 2010, Dutch Pension Fund Asset Manager PGGM considered acquiring a stake in a 20 MWp operational solar PV project in Spain.

Voltiq performed a Red Flag Analysis on the DD reports produced by specialized advisors (technical, legal). Voltiq created the financial model, incorporated DD results into valuation, performed risk & mitigation studies and scenario analyses on the portfolio.
