Jippe van Eynatten is Associate Director at Voltiq since 2017. He has broad business development and M&A transaction experience, and has worked on several landmark deals at Voltiq such as the 115 MW Wieringermeer wind project in The Netherlands.
Jippe has 16 years of experience in equity and debt structuring of projects in the energy sector, as well as strategic and M&A advisory to companies active in energy. He started as Account Manager at Dutch-Belgium bank Fortis, and then held various positions at Swedish-Dutch utility company Nuon/Vattenfall, such as Finance Advisor to Nuon’s International Renewables Projects team, as well as Head of Gas Sourcing in charge of natural gas origination activities.
As an independent advisor, Jippe advised a wide range of energy sector players like Vopak, Triogen, Continental Gas Storage, GreenChoice, Engie, and Altran. Jippe has wide experience in all renewable energy sectors as well as LNG and coal markets. He is fluent in Dutch, English and German.
