Biomass gasification

In 2013 and 2014, Dutch contractor NEM-Siemens considered acquiring a 12 MWe biogasification development project to be located in Boston, United Kingdom.

Voltiq created the financial model, incorporated initial DD results into valuation, performed risk & mitigation studies and scenario analyses on the portfolio.

Voltiq also determined the necessary standards to ensure future project bankability, such as the commercial terms of the EPC and O&M contracts. Voltiq also advised NEM-Siemens during the acquisition process.
