Pampa Solar Norte

During 2013 and 2014, Voltiq acted as the exclusive sell side advisor regarding the sale of the Pampa Solar Norte project of 90 MWp (Chile, Diego de Almagro) to Terna Plus, a subsidiary of Italian TSO Terna. 

Voltiq built a transaction valuation model, prepared the InfoMemo, identified and approached potential investors, prepared the dataroom, coordinated the sales process, structured and negotiated the Shareholders and Share Purchase Agreements together with the legal advisors.
