Sale Solar PV Portfolio

Monex Climate Impact Fund, a subsidiary of Monex Group, Inc, has sold a Solar PV portfolio of c.25MWp located in southern Spain to undisclosed buyers.

Construction for most of the portfolio has already started and whilst some projects will be operational in 2024, it is expected that the entire portfolio will be fully operational by 2025. The Purchasers will be funding the construction of the projects, and the Seller will be in charge of managing development and construction to ensure the Projects reach COD.

The portfolio, formed by eleven projects, located in Seville, Córdoba, and Cádiz, will be developed in continuous dialogue with stakeholders involved in order to share their added value both during and after construction.

Voltiq acted as exclusive sell-side advisor to Monex Climate Impact Fund. In addition to this, Voltiq also acted as the exclusive advisor for a project finance and PPA sounding package.
