Voltiq and NGO sopowerful enter into partnership

sopowerful foundation is happy to announce that Voltiq – Renewable Energy Finance came on board as a “partner”, supporting sopowerful in its further growth and impact.

Through the partnership Voltiq will contribute to the tangible projects of this specialised NGO. sopowerful implements solar power where it matters most: in places where ‘energy poverty’ is most prevalent, or simply said where there is no access to (reliable) electricity.

The focus is on (em)powering communities to take significant steps of improvement in three fields where solar energy makes a critical difference: Healthcare, Education and access to Water. First projects are being implemented in Malawi and include the electrification of rural health clinics, solar powered water pumps and electrification of schools.
